Product All our products are hand made, which makes every item we sell unique. The positioning and sizing of logo's, images and writing may change slightly from one product to another. The colours shown on our web site may alter slightly to the actual colour of the product. Where possible we have tried to use the exact colour's in our illustrations of the product, but it is not always possible.
Delivery As our products are made to order delivery dates may vary but should never be more than 28 days. Once your order has been made it will be sent out. UK deliveries are sent out first class and International orders are sent out by Air Mail. Our postage costs are based on the weight of your order, we try to keep our postage prices as reasonable as possible. Returns Please note that as our products are made to order we will only accept returns for genuine manufacturing fault. If you need to return a product, email the details to returns@tatooinetradingpost.co.uk.We will email you back and authorisation number and an address to send the product back. Make sure if you do return something to send it recorded delivery as we will not be liable for any return that is lost in transit. You must notify of all defects within 21 days of receiving the product.
Payment Our online payment system is run by Pay pal on a secure site. This allows you to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Pay pal. If you are unable to pay by any of the mentioned payment methods email us at the email address mentioned above and we can arrange alternative payment methods. Please note that on your credit card statement the transaction may show as Can of Worms, Tatooine Trading Post is part of the Can of Worms group.
